Every order is securely packed and tracked to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully. All original artworks are shipped directly from Saaraa in Dubai.

• Dubai & UAE: Delivery within 1–2 weeks.

• International: Delivery within 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and courier schedules.

Orders are prepared within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, customers will receive an email with tracking details. Please note: with custom-made vases. Processing time is up to 4 weeks.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned. All shipped orders are considered final.
